• Co-Founder, Psychotherapist

I’m a psychodynamic psychotherapist who believes in the profound resilience within each person and the power of healing through connection. With over 27 years of experience and advanced training in trauma, abuse, and spirituality, I work with individuals, couples, families, and groups to explore the deeper layers of their experience—honoring both what is spoken and what is felt in the body.

Drawing from a rich blend of modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, and systems theory, I tailor our work to meet your unique needs. I work to help you reclaim your voice, reconnect with your inner vitality, and move toward greater authenticity and purpose. I offer a compassionate and steady presence for those navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, or life transitions.

Together, we create a “safe enough” space for growth, insight, and meaningful change.

While I am not a Buddhist, a book I return to again and again in my own journey is Pema Chodron’s When Things Fall Apart. Taking walks is in my top five ways I care for myself.

  • Co-Founder, Yoga Facilitator, Relationship to Food & Body Coach

I help people heal their relationship with food, their bodies, and themselves through self-awareness, compassion, curiosity and consistent, gentle care. With over 20 years of counseling experience, professional training in Health Coaching and Yoga, and certification as a Health and Nutrition Coach, I bring a deeply integrative approach to my coaching.

I offer private coaching (both in person and virtually), classes, support groups, mindful eating practices, and Trauma Sensitive Yoga at The Aftermath Agency. I don’t prescribe diets or track numbers—I guide people back to trust, inner wisdom, and lasting connection with themselves.

A book that I regularly refer to is The Wisdom of Your Body, by Hillary McBride. This book has been a gift to me personally, and professionally I can’t recommend it enough. I invite you to gently rebuild your relationship with food and your body—from a place of kindness, clarity, and heartfelt understanding.

  • Co-Founder, Doctor of Physical Therapy

I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pain management for chronic pain and conditions like fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. I don't just treat symptoms, I work to understand what your pain is telling us.

At TRAIN Seattle, the gym I co-own, I combine physical therapy with strength training to help people reconnect with their bodies and find ways to move joyfully - no matter their limitations. I'm not here to "fix" you, but to listen, validate your experience, and help you discover what works for your unique body.

"Kitchen Table Wisdom" by Rachel Naomi Remen is a book that has significantly influenced by life and work, reminding me of the power of shared humanity, compassion, and listening. Outside of work, I'm an early riser who loves a quiet morning coffee with my partner Sean, a good book, and planning our next adventure.

  • Resource Specialist

As the Resource Specialist, I have the privilege of helping individuals and families find the support they need—whether it’s legal aid, patient advocacy, or accessing quality care. I love digging into research and putting together personalized resource lists that truly fit each person’s unique situation. My background in advocacy, systems building, event planning, education, and teen leadership development gives me a broad toolkit to draw from. I approach every connection with kindness, empathy, and a deep understanding of people.

Outside of work, I often turn to gardening and fictional books, and one book that has stayed with me is The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse which is a beautiful reminder of hope, kindness, and the simple wisdom found in genuine connection.

  • Co-Founder, Financial Coach

I'm on a mission to support anyone feeling financially stressed or uncertain - because I've been there myself. After driving cross-country with all my belongings, I worked hard for over 25 years as a top real estate agent to build the stability I craved. Along the way, I gained invaluable expertise as a consumer credit counselor, learning how to manage money and create financial security.

Whether you're paying off debt, saving for the future, or just feeling lost, I'll listen without judgment and help you clarify the next steps. I won't try to sell you anything - my only goal is to empower you with practical guidance that is unique to you. My hope for you is to live without fear when it comes to money, feeling calm and in control.

Outside of work, you'll find me jamming to 70s/80s tunes, keeping my gas tank full, and cherishing time with my partner of 31 years. I'm also a co-host of the "Street Talk" real estate radio show and an off-ice official for the Seattle Kraken - roles that have honed my ability to see both the big picture and the crucial details.
