“Mindful eating replaces self-criticism with self-nurturing. It replaces shame with respect for your own inner wisdom.”
— Jan Chozen Bays
Our relationship with food and our bodies often reflects deeper stories about how we see ourselves. By cultivating compassionate self-awareness and focusing on nourishment—not just nutrition—we open the door to powerful transformation.
As someone healing from childhood trauma, religious trauma, and disordered eating, I bring lived experience and professional training into every space I hold—whether it’s a coaching session, support group, yoga class, or workshop. My work is trauma-informed, rooted in self-compassion, and focused on helping others reconnect with their bodies, their worth, and their wisdom.
I’m a certified health and nutrition coach, trauma-sensitive yoga facilitator, published author, and lifelong learner. I offer 1-on-1 coaching, group classes, mindful eating practices, and workshops that center on intuitive eating, gentle nutrition, and holistic recovery and healing.
If we work together, I won’t weigh or measure you. Instead, we’ll focus on what truly matters—your relationship with food, your body, and yourself.
