  • A deep dive into your mental and physical health and practical needs—with actionable strategies you can implement immediately (on your own or with us). Over 2-4 weeks our entire team spends 6 hours with you and 2+ hours preparing recommendations for you.

  • Work with our entire team, which includes mental health, physical health, and practical help (with: nutrition, resourcing, household systems, finances).

  • Choose individual sessions with our providers in mental, physical, and practical help.

  • Trauma-informed yoga; connection, support, and educational groups; workshops and special events.
