Menopause & Midlife Gathering
FREE
@ Artworks | Edmonds, WA
6:30 - 8:30 pm (Complimentary mocktails & socializing from 6:30-7 pm)
Sponsored by The Aftermath Agency
Presented by MiDOViA*
What if you gave yourself one evening to exhale. To feel seen. To step away from the daily demands and into a space where midlife and menopause are talked about openly, honestly, and without judgment.
The Menopause & Midlife Gathering is more than an event. It’s a safe, welcoming space for connection, learning, and laughter.
Join us for a chat and panel conversation led by MiDOViA with Aftermath practitioners, with time for your questions and shared stories. We’ll talk about the physical, mental, and emotional changes that come with this stage of life, along with practical strategies for feeling your best.
*MiDOViA is an Edmonds-based professional training and coaching company dedicated to breaking the silence around menopause in the workplace.

UPDATE! Classes are moving online in October!
Trauma-sensitive yoga uses mindful movement and postures to create a safe, empowering space. Classes emphasize choice, present-moment awareness, and nervous system regulation through both standing and seated practices. You’ll learn tools to notice safety and balance, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a more connected, embodied state.
All movements are optional, and you can pause or modify at any time. Breathwork is included to deepen mind-body connection. Our registered yoga teachers recommend these classes as a supportive complement to therapy, not a replacement for licensed mental health care.
