Through charitable giving, you make it possible for Aftermath to spend the time it takes to listen, identify what someone needs, navigate barriers, connect people with trusted resources, and help create support where gaps still exist.
Why Your Support Matters
Many of the people who reach out to Aftermath do not fit neatly into traditional assistance programs. They may have insurance, employment, or other resources on paper and still face significant barriers to getting the help they need.
Charitable contributions give us the flexibility to meet people in those gaps and make support more accessible when insurance and traditional systems fall short.
Your gift can help us:
- Provide free resource navigation to individuals and families who don’t know where to turn.
- Offer scholarships and reduced-cost access to care like therapy and other supportive services.
- Keep bereavement and other community support programs accessible.
- Connect people with practical resources during illness, grief, caregiving, family disruption, and other major life transitions.
- Develop and maintain trusted community resource information.
- Create programs that respond to needs not adequately addressed through insurance or traditional systems of care.
Your support helps make sure that when someone reaches out and says, “I don’t know what to do next,” there is someone willing to help them begin figuring it out.

How the Aftermath Charitable Fund Works
The Aftermath Agency partners with The Holon Institute, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that serves as our fiscal sponsor. The Holon Institute supports creative and holistic approaches to addressing social and community challenges.
Through this partnership, charitable contributions can be made to The Holon Institute and designated for the Aftermath Charitable Fund. Funds designated for Aftermath support our charitable programs, community resources, and efforts to make care and practical assistance more accessible.
The Holon Institute receives and administers charitable contributions and provides donors with charitable contribution documentation.
