Physical Wellness

Healing isn't only emotional.

Our physical wellness services support your body through compassionate, evidence-informed care.

Physical Therapy

Helping reduce pain, restore movement, and improve function.

Restorative Yoga

Unlike a traditional yoga class, Restorative Yoga isn't focused on exercise, flexibility, or flowing through poses. Using blankets, bolsters, pillows, and other supportive props, your body is fully supported while you rest comfortably in gentle positions. It helps your nervous system slow down, release tension, and experience deep rest. Individual sessions and small groups are available in our Edmonds office or in your home.

Health Coaching

Compassionate guidance that supports your relationship with food and overall wellbeing. Gentle, realistic 1:1 sessions (online or in person) for food, energy, and daily rhythms — with simple nourishment guidance (no dieting, just steady support). We develop habit-building around meals and can even go with you to grocery stores for support and ideas for prepared meal options.

Kelsey Garvey

PT, DPT · Co-Founder & Integrative Physical Therapy Consultant

she/her

Kelsey is a licensed physical therapist and co-founder of The Aftermath Agency.

Kelsey brings the body into the conversation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy and strength coach. She helps people connect with their bodies, discover what movement feels like when it's safe, and explore how physical resilience and emotional and relational well-being are interdependent.

She doesn't just treat symptoms—she listens, observes, and co-creates ways with you to feel physically capable and strong. She blends neuroscience and understanding that every body has its own story.

While she does not maintain a traditional weekly patient schedule through Aftermath, she partners with our team to provide specialized consultations and integrated Mind + Body Sessions for clients who may benefit from both physical and emotional care. Her expertise is available through select collaborative appointments and special programs.

How to work with them:

Physical therapy appointments and trainings take place at her Seattle office, located at the gym she owns with her husband, Sean, at Train Seattle.

Coffee, quiet mornings, and planning her next adventure fuel her energy outside of work. Kitchen Table Wisdom by Rachel Naomi Remen is a touchstone in her approach to life and care.
