Psychotherapy

Sometimes life feels too heavy to carry alone.

Whether you're experiencing anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, caregiving stress, or a major life transition, therapy provides a safe place to process your experiences and move toward healing.

Life can be overwhelming. Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, therapy offers a place to slow down, be heard, and begin moving toward healing.

Our therapists provide compassionate, evidence-based care that honors your story, your strengths, and your goals. Together, we'll explore what has brought you here and help you move toward greater clarity, resilience, and connection.

Individual Psychotherapy

A space to understand yourself more deeply, process life's challenges, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been lost along the way. Together, we'll work toward healing, self-understanding, and lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

Couples Psychotherapy

Healthy relationships require curiosity, honesty, and care. Whether you're rebuilding trust, improving communication, navigating conflict, or preparing for the future together, couples psychotherapy provides a supportive space to strengthen your relationship and create new ways of connecting.

Family Psychotherapy

Families are complex, and every member brings a unique perspective. Family psychotherapy creates space to improve communication, strengthen relationships, navigate life's transitions, and better understand one another with compassion and respect.

Mind + Body Sessions

Whole-person care in one integrated session. Our Mind + Body Sessions bring together a licensed psychotherapist and physical therapist in a shared 90-minute appointment, allowing emotional and physical healing to happen together. Because the mind and body are deeply connected, addressing both at the same time often leads to greater insight, more meaningful progress, and lasting healing.

Organizations

Healthy organizations begin with healthy people. We partner with businesses, schools, nonprofits, and leadership teams to strengthen resilience, navigate change, support employee well-being, and create healthier workplace cultures through consultation, workshops, and customized wellness services.
